Job Description 

Accumulate, analyze, interpret, monitor, and report data and information as to the overall operations and performance of the electric power transmission system. Accountable for supporting and executing system reliability plans, processes, guidelines, and procedures and supporting senior engineers in recommending improvement opportunities that enhance the operations and performance of the transmission system and align with Corporate goals and objectives.


Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering

Experience: 3 years power utility experience

Equivalent Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with at least 5 years of experience in transmission planning, protection, construction, maintenance, reliability, and/or operations with a power utility

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Valid Georgia Driver’s License, ability to pass ITS qualified operator training course, ability to pass NERC CIP personnel risk assessment screening

Specialized Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and graphics; experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, large databases and/or Microsoft Access.   Experience with PRiSM software or similar desirable.
